I have always loved working with my hands to create-food, sewed items, gardening, cards, scrapbooks, painted furniture, signs and the list goes on.  

A number of years ago I started making items from wood for gifts.  Then I decided to look for work after staying home with my kids for a number of years.  My Science degree in Nutrition was no longer “relevant” without updating and my job attempts all seemed to be dead ends to me.  I then had a difficult surgery and after that needed to find something to do that I could work at my own pace.  My family suggested I start making the wood items I was gifting as items to sell.  It didn’t take long for me to come up with a business name and start an IG & FB page to begin promoting what I had started.  Joy is my middle name and also represents how I feel when I create - full of joy!  It really is my pleasure to create that sign or home decor item that will be a beautiful handcrafted piece for you and your loved ones to enjoy for years to come.  (I look forward to creating something unique for you.  Take your time to look through some of the past creations and keep watching for my restock openings for custom spots.)
